I thought I knew everything there was to know about this passage already.  After all - this IS my favorite scripture.
But what the Lord had me do, was to break the passage down into the Greek and then reassemble it back into English to amplify it.

I am excited about what I found and anxious to share it with you.
I trust that the depth of your understanding will be increased by my effort early that morning.

Paraphrase: Do whatever you need to do to - obtain, fill yourself with and hold on to - the same faith that I have.

Does that give you an idea of how much Jesus wants you to His kind of faith? - Wow!

Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Paraphrase: Listen, this is Jesus, I'm telling the truth and I would never lie to you...
Whoever, and I mean anybody, that has this kind of faith, can command or even directly speak to this thing that has lifted itself up over them, this situation that has arisen, this mountain that is blocking their path of life...
Anything like "GET off me, get out of my way!, In the name of Jesus, I sling you away and and slam-dunk you into the deepest ocean!"  Now remember, guard your heart. Don't give in to temptation to - doubt, judge, discern, hesitate, waver or pick your faith apart... just believe.  Have faith, trust, reliance, assurance, confidence, conviction and consistency in that faith that whatever you say to that mountain whatever your need - it shall come to pass.  Again, you will have whatever you say... anything!

That is so neat... the mountain is whatever that is standing in your way!  And what do people tend to do concerning standing in faith?  They want to anilyze it, figure it out, pick it apart - rather than just believe it and receive it!  And, it can be whatever you need!  Praise God!  Isn't He great! 

Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Paraphrase: Not only that but, whatever you desire when you pray... (Whatever,  and I mean anything!) ... It works that same way!
Believe it in your heart (like I said before), and grab it with both hands and hold on to it and you will have that thing you desire.

Hey, it even works that same way in prayer!
