Say or says. Three times this passage talks about SAYing!
You are to SAY or SPEAK to the mountain...;
After you do, you believe what you SAID to the
mountain has
already happened,
(not because you see the results, but simply...), because you
SPOKE
to it.
If you do, then Jesus said you will receive... what
you SAID
to the mountain!

This is an analogy,
...for whatever huge, seemingly unmoveable problem that has
risen
up in your way and now blocks your path.
This could be sickness, disease, poverty, addictions, anything
that is keeping you from living your life to the full.
