Tim Greenwood Ministries a 501(c)(3) Christian Religious Organization, is a faith ministry that looks
to God as its ultimate source. However, there are times when this
ministry has a need that requires donations from individuals to fulfill the
assignments given by our Lord. As an example, Jesus sent a disciple to
town to tell the owner of a colt that the Lord had need of it, and the
colt was donated. The colt was the man’s
property. Jesus’ ministry had a
need. The man’s donation of that
property fulfilled that need. REAL ESTATE (Residential and/or Commercial) We need the free and clear donation of the following types of properties to be used as ministry offices/studio/training center as well as a ministry parsonage. Any of the following combinations: 1 - Large Residential Property having at least 5 bdrm, 4 bath and at least 5000 Sq ft. to be used as both offices and parsonage. OR 2 - Residential Properties each having at least 3 bdrm, 2 bath and at least 3000 Sq ft. (in close proximity to each other), with at least one being zoned to be used as our offices and the other to be used as a parsonage. OR 1 - Residential Property having at least 3 bdrm, 2 bath and at least 3000 Sq ft. AND 1 - Commercial Property (in close proximity) between 5,000 and 50,000 Sq ft..to be used for ministry offices/studio/training center and if space allows, a meeting hall, classrooms and warehouse. (Acreage/ Land) In addition to the above, we need the free and clear donation of the following property for the future development. of our ministry campus. We believe that we will need between 30 and 80 acres of partially wooded land with water source (city, county, well or spring) and basic utilities, preferably within a one hour drive of a regional or larger airport, preferably in the southern half of the United States.
